1- I LOVE LOVE LOVE shoes. . . especially boots. I seriously have oh, I would say at least 100 pairs. My famous line for buying another pair of shoes is " uh, ty you are going to kill me. . .)
2-I HATE feet! I think they are so gross and they make me cry. I never went to beauty school like I wanted because you HAVE to do pedicures to graduate!
3- I am the most im-patient person ever! Seriously once I decide I want something or something done It needed to be done yesterday! Case and point I decided to re-do my bathroom Wednesday night and it was done Thursday! Paint and all! I know my poor husband and family! I must say since having Tylee I have been a little better. . . I think?!
4- For some reason I ALWAYS leave condiments out after I use them (Ketchup, mustard, mayo) It drives Tyler crazy and I really don't know why I do it and no matter how many times he tells me I still leave them out next time I use them.
5- I prefer the radio over Cd's, MP3 players, anything, because you can surf the channels and find what you are in the mood for!
6- I rarely watch a movie more than once! Once I have seen it there is no reason to watch it again, because I know what will happen. Of course there are a few exceptions to the rule these include "Raising Helen", "Dan in Real Life", "Where the Heart Is" and "How to Loose a Guy in 10 Days"

CAUTION: Long post ahead
It's been so long since my last post and so much has happened so here we go! First off I really wanted to thank everyone who made it to Tylee's birthday bash again! She loves everything she got. I will be posting her playing with some of her cool toys!
Tylee had her first airplane ride. . . and it went GREAT! Her and I decided that we should go to Colorado to visit my moms side of the family since almost non of them had seen little Tylee! I also wanted to meet little Merek (Tylee's second cousin) and meet Steve Allison's new boyfriend. The flight is an hour and a half and I was so nervous for it! Tylee slept most of the time ( No I did not drug her) and she woke up the last half hour and just played with everyone on the air plane! She particularly loved an older lady who sat in front of us! She sat on her lap and played peek-a-boo. She made so many friends by the end of the flight! We were waiting for her stroller and she was blowing everyone kisses good bye and waving and everyone was blowing kisses back and saying Bye. It was so funny and cute to see how people interacted with her and were so sweet. We spent one night in Colorado springs with Brandie and Merek. Merek was adorable and him and Tylee had so much fun playing! They were so cute to watch! Then we went to Pueblo to see the rest of the family. Tylee loved all the attention! She especially loved her uncle Tim! She went right to him and just wanted to play and sit with him. She loved aunt Tammy as well but took a minute to warm up to her. She also loved Steve and Kenny! She would have them kiss her babies and share all her toys with them! We stayed with my aunt Cheryl and Allison and had a blast!( A huge thank you to them!) Tylee loved playing with them! We were gone for five days (I know poor Tyler) When Tyler picked us up from the airport, Tylee was so excited to see her daddy and I was so excited to see my husband! When we walked through the door Tyler had cleaned the whole house and had flowers and a little gift for me. . . oh wait it gets better! I bought some paint for the bedroom and the bedroom furniture, as well as some fabric to make pillows a few months ago. Well when I went to our bedroom Tyler had painted the furniture and walls and had his mom make my pillows! It looked fabulous! I love it! Well since we re did the bedroom I decided the bathroom needed a make over as well so we painted it and redid all the decor and the shower curtain! So our upstairs now looks great! For those of you who have been to my house you know I was never happy with my bedroom so I am so excited to finally LOVE it! Thanks sweetheart!

Happy Birthday baby girl!
Happy birthday baby girl! This year had flown by and I really am having a hard time beliving my little girl will be ONE on 08/07/2008! It has truly been the best year of my life! I really can't remember life without our little Tylee! I know I am a week early on this post, but I know I won't have time next week! HAPPY BIRTHDAY Baby girl mommy and daddy love you and are so glad you came to be a part of our family.Tylee always puts a smile on our face and makes us remember what is important in life.
Okay so this post never got posted so I will just add :) Today way Tylee's birthday and party! We had so much fun and a great turn out! We had a cotton candy machine, pinata, and tons of fun! Tyler BBQ hamburgers and hot dogs and made homeade rootbeer (YUM).
Tylee was so dang cute in everything she did! She was walkinga round everywhere and having a blast with her cousins, aunts, uncles, grandmas, grandpa, and lots of friends! She made quite the haul! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped, came, and enjoyed her birthday! We loved having you all there and hope you enjoyed it as much as us!
Tylee was so tired she crashed as soon as everyone left! What a lucky girl to have so many people that love her.

The Waterfall!
The waterfall is done and has been running for about a week now... It's been hard to find a second to get pictures of it. It ended up being a much bigger project than anticipated but the effect is pretty neat! It still needs a little bit of finish work and will still need to be tweeked but it is nice to listen to it and see it when we pull up in the driveway.

Imagine my surprise. . .
When I came down stairs and my sweet little Tylee was on top of our entertainment center! Yes, she has begun the stage of climbimg! It's funny but scares me to death because she has no fear.
Tylee is also walking!!! She prefers to crawl, but she can walk when she wants to! It's crazy one night she couldn't and the next morning she could! She also can "roll it" when you do patty-cake and when you tell her to " shake her booty" she shakes her booty! It is so cute! She is learning so quickly!
Last weekend we went to the Weber State fireworks! It was so fun! Tylee LOVES fieworks and loves playing with Graham and Jillyn so she had a pretty great night!
Our summer has been great but is going by to quickly!

Congratulations to my little sister Katy! Katy and Adam got engaged this weekend and we are so excited! He was Home from deployment in Cuba and popped the question! Her ring is gorgeous! We could not ask for a better brother in law!

Happy 4th of July!!!
Happy 4th of July to all! I hope everyone had a great fun filled day! I know we did! It was crazy busy, but so great! We went to my Aunt Peg's house for a BBQ, then Ty and I went to my sister Angie's house and she helped me learn my digital scrap booking program a little better (Thanks Angie!). Then we headed over to Clearfield
fireworks which were AWESOME!
It was so fun because my whole family was there! It has been so long since all of us have been together at once (Which happens when you come from a family of 7) We got some fun pictures and had a great time goofing off!
Tyler's mom and brother Justin and his family were able to come with us as well which was great!
Tylee LOVED the fireworks and just layed with me and Tyler and watched them. She fell asleep towards the end and missed the grand finale. . . Ya she slept through the huge ground shaking booms! All in all we had a great 4th of July.
Oh and to let everyone know Tylee stood up all by herself and took three steps on Thursday! Yay Tylee! She is getting so big and will be running around in no time I bet!

Finally Summer!
Well we got some family pictures done! YAY! A huge thanks to Brooke (Blush Photography) She did an awesome job! I could not love them more, especially the ones of little Tylee! Oh she is getting so big and cute and just great!
We also got to go to Lagoon with our good friends Graham and Jillyn! My mom took Tylee and we had a such a blast!
We have been having such a great time this summer! I have been taking Tylee swimming! We found this awesome water pad/park in South Ogden that is so fun (Thanks Sam for showing it to me) We went their last week with Sam and Mason and had so much fun! This Tuesday all of us also went to lagoona Beach and swam and rode the train. We took pictures of Lagoon but I will have to get them from Sam and post them!

Busy, Busy, Busy!
SO much has been going on! I would like to start out and say I am super proud of Tyler he got number 4 technician in the state of Utah! We have plenty of projects for the summer. Our first one being building a waterfall and landscaping the yard! It's going well and half way there! Installing our new microwave and oven. . . Poor Ty it took forever to move the cuboards up and install an outlet!, but he got it done and it looks great!!!! I LOVE IT! Our third being we are re-doing our bedroom (It has yet to be started.)
In Tylee world so much is happening! She is 10 months on Saturday if you can believe that! I know I can't! She is growing way to fast. She is getting six teeth in, poor girl! She is trying to get those four tops in and then 2 more on the bottom, one of which has broken through! Yay Tylee! It amazes me how sweet she is even when I know she is hurting! She has turned into the biggest cuddle bug and we LOVE it! Also she has discovered that kitchen drawers have fun things in them! She also has been loving playing in her Toy box. I ran upstairs and came down and she was in it. . . how she got in it I have no clue but she did! She can say mama and dada, she knows what a puppy says (most days), and is starting to wave and say "Hi." Oh and if people are laughing she will start her fake laugh! It is by far the funniest and cutest thing I have ever heard or seen.
Her great uncle Brent was in town this week and she ADORES him! We had fun spending time with him and his boys, and grandma! Thanks for dinner x 2!
Really we have just been so busy with the house and yard! The warm weather has been so great. I just wish it would stick around seeing as how it is June! We have been having lots of fun as a family and can't wait to have more! Hope everyone else is enjoying thier summer!

Happy anniversary!
On May 29th Tyler and I have been married for 4 years! YAY. It has been the best 4 years of my life! For our anniversary We packed up Tylee and took her up to her Aunt Stacie and Uncle Mark for a fun filled night with her cousins!
We left Sunday afternoon to Park City with our friends, Graham & Jillyn, and Drew & Britt. Jillyn found us a killer deal on a hotel. We had a awesome suite with huge beds and a kitchen! We went to dinner and the chocolate factory (YUM)and walked around "Old Main Street". We hung out in the hot tub for a while then went back to the suite and talked and watched Juno! Love that movie.
On monday we spent the day shopping (The thing I am best at) It was so fun!!! Tylee got a whole new wardrobe and Tyler got some really nice clothes as well! I bought a dress and cardigan but mostly shopped for Tylee. (It's way funner to shop for her!)
We missed Tylee so much but it was so fun to just spend time with each other and our friends! We really could not ask for better friends!

Tylee
Well not to much is going on with us. Tyler passed all three of his classes and is taking a much needed break from school for the summer. Good job sweet heart! As for me I am still just working 2 days a week and loving being a mom the rest of the time. I cant' believe how big Tylee is getting! She is turning into a little girl! We are pretty excited because we found a new babysitter for Tylee. She lives down the street and will just have Tylee and her own baby. She seems great and we are pretty excited to find someone! Other than that we are just totally excited for summer!

Cardon Larsen is here!
Congrats Mike, Angie, and Kell bell! Larsen was born 5/13/2008 at 11:00 am, weighing in at 6 lbs 8 oz, and 19.5 in! He has red hair and is beautiful! We are so excited to have him as a part of the family and I know big brother Keller is just as excited! Angie is doing great and was only in labor for three hours!

Our 1st day at the zoo!!
Hey all! Well today was our first day at the zoo! We were lucky to go with my friends Jillyn, Jenni, and cute little Cailin! It was so fun!
Tylee loved the fake animals, however the real ones she really didn't care much about! We saw so many animals! The coolest one was the albino alligator, he was so amazing he almost didn't look real!
For all you who know me you know how much I love penguins, so i was happy that they made their habitat a little nicer!
Cailin was so funny she really liked the real animals but she was so scared of the fake ones!
All in all it was a great day both of the little girls were so fun and were amazingly good! We had so much fun and we are so lucky to have the greatest friends! Thanks again for letting us tag along love you guys!

Daddy hijacked the blog!
Daddy has hijacked the blog to show everyone Tylees first time out side in her swimsuit. First, we had Tylee in a new outfit that made her look so old. We sat her on the stairs and she looks like a five year old. Then we put her in her swimsuit and took her outside to get some landscaping done. She loves playing outside but mommy was so worried that she would get too much sun. Tylee ended up being painted white with sunscreen but it worked!
We have big plans for the yard this year that we haven't been able to do in the two years we've been here. We are attempting to build a waterfall out front and make all the flower beds look nice. We ran power out to some of the flower beds to put in some cool landscape lighting and power up the waterfall.
Tylee would like everyone to know that she has some new hobbies including climbing stairs very fast, using her outside voice inside, filling her diaper while sitting in her highchair, and eating lint off the floor. Bye bye till later.

I have been meaning to get on and Blog, but I really don't have much to talk about these days. Tylee is into everything and getting to big to fast! She has started to let go of things to try and stand. . . she usually falls and gets quite upset when she does so. She has also stopeed drinking bottles, which is so frustrating we have not been able to get her to eat a single bottle for days. The only way we can get her to is with a sipee and even then it's not much! So frustrating!
Tyler is basicly done with school for the semester and did such a great job! I am so proud of him because I know it's not easy to do with a family and full time job so You rock Ty!
On a sweeter note I was having a bad day and my sweet husband brought me home flowers to cheer me up! It totally worked to! I love to know that he is just thinking of me and loves me!
We are getting really excited for my nephew Larsen to be born, hopefully we will have him here and healthy by the 2nd!

Easter.
Well Easter has come and gone! I am finally getting around to posting. We had a great Easter weekend! On Saturday we went to Tyler's mom's house for the annual Easter egg hunt and dinner.
Dinner was great and I was in charge of potatos. . . once again. For those of you who remember last years potatos, this year was much better. My mom gave me a better recipe. Thanks mom love you! No yucky potatos this go round. After dinner Jeremy and Justin hid the eggs. For those of you who know Tylee's uncles her eggs were hid the hardest (they claim for Tyler) However I think it's because they know how smart my daughter is already ;)We all started looking for the eggs! It was so much fun to spend time with the family and see how excited the kids were to find the eggs. So it was a fun filled Saturday.
Sunday morning the Easter bunny came and brought Tylee lots of books, a toy cell phone, swimsuit, and her Easter dress. She was so cute.
Sunday we went to church then out to my parents for dinner. Then just hung out with the family and talked. Sometimes I think that is better than anything.
So we had a great Easter holiday and hope everyone else did.

Las Vegas?!
So Tyler and I went on our trip to Las Vegas for the Haunted house Convention. . . Yes, it was fun... however we missed our little girl way to much!
We left Monday morning and got back Wednesday afternoon. Tylee stayed with my mom. She did really well considering that she got sick on Tuesday. My mom took her to the doctor and they said she has Influenza type A. Poor baby. I felt horrible for being gone while she was sick. My mom took great care of her though.
Needless to say I really don't think we will leave little Tylee again until she is like 12 :)
We managed too take a few pictures on our trip, but so not as many as I have hoped for.

Bath time
Tylee can now sit up in the bath tub! She thinks it is so great because she can play with toy and splash! She is to funny! She is also starting to get closer to crawling. . . YAY. . . I think?!
We have started brushing and flossing Tylee's two little teeth. I know Tyler makes fun of me too! She is so good while we do it, oh and she loves her strawberry bannana toothpaste!
Tylee has also decided she is a big girl and no longer needs a bottle so we have been having to put her formula in her sipee and let her eat that way. Needless to say it now takes 45 minutes to drink a bottle I swear! She however thinks she is so cute with her sipee.
Tyler and I leave for Vegas on the 17th -19th and I am starting to have major anxiety about leaving her for that long! I know she will totally be taken care of but still that is so long to leave my little 7 month old! But I think it will be good for me and Ty to spend some much needed time with eachother!

Tyler and I leave for Vegas on the 17th -19th and I am starting to have major anxiety about leaving her for that long! I know she will totally be taken care of but still that is so long to leave my little 7 month old! But I think it will be good for me and Ty to spend some much needed time with eachother!
I must say a huge thank you to my sister Tiffany and my mom for helping me out with babysiting! You would think it would not be to hard to find a sitter 2 days a week but it has proven to be impossible!!! So my fabulous mom and sister are helping me until I find someone!

Balancing act
Well I was finally able to get Tylee and her dads balancing act on camera! She loves when her dad does this! He holds her feet in one hand and she just balances! To most people this freaks them out and they are so scared he will drop her, but he doesn't. . . As you can see in the picture she thinks it is pretty great!
Tylee has learned that smile for the camera means she gets her picture taken. . . yes she totally hams it up. All you have to say to get a smile from her these days is "smile for the camera" and pretend to take a picture. Pretty funny!
I finally was able to get a picture of her teeth or actually Tyler was able to so yes you can all finally see her cute little teeth.
Poor little Tylee has caught the flu and threw up for the very first time. It is so sad when your baby is sick. This is the first time she has ever really been sick! A huge thanks to my mom for helping me clean up. Tylee is so sweet because even though she does not feel good she still just smiles. Such a sweet girl.
I have gone back to work 2 days a week now. It has been hard for me and Tylee, but we are surviving. Other than that things are normal.
Oh I almost forgot Tyler says I have to post something about him in every blog so he can feel special too. So here is some exciting news! As you all know Tyler put a SWEET fiber optic star ceiling in Tylee's room. Well, a fiber optic company found out and posted Tylee's room/ceiling on their website and sent Tyler free supplies for his trouble! I thought that was pretty neat! He is so talented and such a great dad. I mean really how many dads do you know that would spend hours on end in a hot attic just so their baby can have an awesome night light! Tyler you are the best!

Big girl Tylee
Well I guess I am really not getting better at posting. . . We have had some big exciting things happen though! Tylee has two VERY sharp little teeth!!!! I know I could not believe it either. She was not even really cranky. She was a little fussy and more clingy to us than usual but nothing that made me too suspicious, but then I was buckling her into her new big girl car seat and she was jabbering away as she does and I saw two little teeth! Well needles to say we were so excited and she looks so cute with them! She is loving to bite into things with them so feeding her has become quite interesting as it is hard to get the spoon back.
As I said she has a new big girl car seat and she LOVES it! I put a mirror on the headrest so we can see what she is doing. That has been a huge hit. . . Yes my daughter loves to look at herself in the mirror and talk and laugh and it's pretty funny and cute. It's good though because now she hardly sleeps in the car so it keeps us more on schedule with naps.
Tylee has also started sleeping through the night again! THANK GOODNESS! She goes to bed at 8:30 and is waking up at about 7:15. Rest well needed for all of us!
Tylee has been trying so many new foods lately. She loves her new sipee cup with appple juice and her little eyes just light up when I give it to her. Also we have found a new favorite treat. . . A VERY messy treat. The Gerber Biter biscuits. She loves these things, however they are so messy evertime she eats one she ends up with it in the strangest places up her nose, in her ear, down her diaper, even in the back of her hair. Silly girl.
I must say I am loving 6 months. I have loved every stage but 6 months is so great! She knows who me and Ty are and even gets upset when we leave. She is jabbering so much and it's so cute! She laughs when we tickle her and is starting to try to scoot about, the only problem being she has about as much patience as I do and gets very frustrated when she can't get where she wants to get fast enough.
As for me and Tyler we are doing great! I am still staying home with Tylee and he is still working for Comcast and going to school. I have to say again how proud I am of him for going to school! I know how hard it is but he never complains about anything!
We had a great Valentines Day. The Valentines Day fairy came and brought Tylee a new doll and Jammies. She loves her doll. As for me my sweet husband got me beautiful flowers and the other half of my lap top. . .(I got the other part for Christmas). We are doing great and loving family life! Hope all is well with everyone!
Tyler is very upset that I don't tell everyone about him as much as I do Tylee. . . He would love everyone to know that he can run real fast, ride his bike even faster, and he enjoys racing strangers on the street because he is so fast. His hobbies include lying on the bed with his shirt off, clapping to songs, sitting quietly on trips, and eating popsicles in the shower. His new favorite foods are eggs and gummi bears! Tyler is just to talented and cute and he is the best husband.

Well I am starting to get a little better about updates. . . that could be that I am not working right now so I have a little more time :) Yes I have been so lucky to be able to stay home with my beautiful little girl! I quit my job at the end of December and Tyler and I decided that I would take some time off to be with Tylee. Granted I am looking for a job while Tyler is in school something part time and close to home though.
Yes, Tyler is back in school. He is such a good husband to be working a full time job and going to school full time. I really am so blessed to have a husband that is so dedicated to his family and wants us to have the best life possible.
Tylee got her ears pierced! She did so well, there was not much crying and they look adoreable! She was most upset about us holding her head ( A huge thank you to my friend Jillyn for holding her). Tylee is growing up so fast! She can now pull herself up when sitting against something and then can sit all by herself! What a big girl! She is also eating food. . . We tried green beans lets just say she hated them! See the picture in the slide show it is pretty funny! Her favorite is baby oatmeal, sweet potatos, bannanas, and carrots. So basicly anything not green, she so takes after her dad! She is also so so so happy all the time. Her and Tyler are always laughing and playing. It is so cute and fun to see Tyler love being a dad so much and also see Tylee adore him so much, not surprising though.
Tylee had her first sleepover with Meema (my mom) She did great! She really seemed to have fun with my mom, but for those of you who know me it was the hardest thing to leave her. My poor mom had to hear me go through a list of things that Tylee likes and dislikes (as if she does not have seven kids) and how she needs to do this and that and her schedule. Needles to say Tylee was there just in time to go to bed until 1:00 p.m. the next day and her whole room as well as every toy was packed into the back of the jeep so that she would not miss anything or be bored. Now looking at it I am fully aware of what a dork I am :) When Tyler and I got home without her we could not belive how empty our house felt without our little girl. Making us realize how much she has changed our life for the best and how we really don't know what we would do without her smiles and laughs and even cries! She is our world and we love it that way!
As for me and Tylee we love staying home and playing. She is so fun and happy and I am so lucky to have such an amazing daughter. She really is the best thing we have ever done! Hope everyone is well!

Tylee has learned to do so many things lately! She is rolling front to back and back to front. It is so fun to watch her roll over to grab at toys! We got an excersaucer and she LOVES that thing! She will just sit and play in it and laugh. It is so fun for us to watch her and makes it so I can get a few things done around the house! She is also cutting her first tooth. . . needless to say she has been a little grumpy poor girl! She has discovered her feet and has taken a liking to them. We set her on her changing table and she just smiles and laughs at them and puts them in her mouth. She has also started to laugh when we blow on her belly (mostly when Tyler does). She has such a personality now and it so so much fun to watch her grow and learn new things.
We had Tylee's first Christmas and it was so fun on the 23 we went to my mom and dads house and had a fun party with my siblings and Tylee's cousins. It was so much fun we sang carols and and my mom read her usual Christmas story (though a little shorter for the kids) Then we opened gifts. Luckily Adam got to come home for Christmas from the marines and it was so nice to have him around and I am sure Katy agrees. Then on the 24 we had my other family party with my aunt and uncle. I love just being able to be with our families! On Christmas day we went to Tyler's moms house for breakfast and then just hung out for a while with the family. Always a good time.
Tylee got so many toys and books and clothes for christmas and she seems to enjoy them as much as she can at this age.

We found out that Angie is going to have another little boy Cardon Larsen and we are so excited to get him here and have another firend for Tylee. Our famliy just seems to keep growing!
