We are having a. . . . .

GIRL?!

We are totally surprised, but super excited that Tylee is going to have a baby sister! Tyler cracked me up cause the dr said it's a girl! and Ty was like are you sure? and the Dr said 100% and then his jaw hit the floor! So funny! She looks great and healthy and we have no clue as to what we will be naming her so. . . if you have any great names let us know :)

it's been a while. . .

I wish I could say it's been a while because we are boring and have nothing going on but we have been busy!
I am pregnant and sadly have gotten sicker in the 2nd trimester. . . Boo to this! We find out what we are having tomorrow, however I am pretty sure that we are having a cute little boy who's name will be Tanner James Dickamore. . . If it's a girl I have no clue as to her cute name yet!
Tylee is getting so big and amazes me at how smart she is! We have been working on letters of the week and she is so good and smart at it! She can ride her two wheel bike(training wheels of course) with no help.
She is talking like crazy and seriously cracks me uo with the things she says.
She LOVES to go to walmart lately (much to mine and Ty's sadness. Tylee got her first official hair cut on Oct 6th we cut 4 inches and did it in an a-line bob and it is adoreable, I also got my hair cute and got bangs. . .
We also took Tylee to her first movie that she sat through "cloudy with a chance of meatballs" and she did amazingly well and loved it!
She asks to see her new house at least 3 times a day and can't wait to be in it, as a matter of fact all of our cement work is done and she would like to live in the basement.
On the subject of our house it is coming along. . . SLOWLY, but surely. They were suppose to start framing this week and what do ya know? They have not. . . so I think we are 2-3 weeks behind, sadly. They say they will catch all of this up during framing and what not, but I do not buy it so I am planning on not being in our house until January :(
Ty is going to school again and working so he is one busy guy and I have to say how grateful I am to him and how hard he works so I can stay hone with our little Ty-bug!

Great dog looking for new home

My lil' sis Kate and her husband are moving to San Diego, CA (Camp Pendelton) with the Marines and can't take their sweet dog to base housing with him. His name is Gunner, he's a lab pit-bull mix, and is about 15 months old. He's super sweet, house trained, and knows basic commands. If you're interested or know anyone who might be please let me know. We really want to find this guy a good home. Thanks!

HELP. . .

Okay so I am in desperate need of a new hairstyle... I don't really want to cut it all off, because it has taken forever to grow it out. I am thinking bangs... SCARY I know here is a picture of what I am thinking. Please let me know your opinions! Oh and do a little bit darker brown with blonde highlights.

a little of what has been going on with us

Katy and Adam came to visit on their way from Virginia to California and got to stay in Utah for a few weeks to see family! It's been so nice having them home! We decided to all go out to dinner (well kids 20 and older) and it was so fun to just hang out with each other. I am one lucky girl I have great brothers, sisters, and Parents. We all get along and for the most part truly do enjoy being together.
Our house got footings. . . Yay!
We went to the baby Dr. and all is looking well with #2 and if we are lucky and baby cooperates we should find out what we are having on Oct 9. . . Crazy I know! Many Have been wondering how I am feeling this go round and to be honest this pregnancy is 10 times better than my one with Tylee.
Tylee and I went up to Nibley for a day to vist Stacie and her family, and went to an awesome little park! I sadly did not get many pictures!
Tyler has been working away and started school again so that is keeping him pretty busy, but other than that things are moving along. We are hoping to be in our house by December 18th, baby #2 is due on April 2nd (however if all looks well my Dr. will induce me a week early)So all is good with us.

and we are off

We have a hole, and our hole has plumbing, and we almost have basement windows! We should get footings and our foundation this week and we are super excited about all of this!! I know, I know we still have a ways to go in the building process, but we are happy that it is moving right along!

We are excited to say. . .

For me

SO this post is mostly for me to remember all that is going on in our crazy lives! We sold our house in Harrisville on August 3,2009. It was bitter sweet! We are really excited to move on and meet new people and have a new house, but really sad to leave our neighbors and friends and the house that we had so many wonderful memories in!We are so grateful for this blessing in our life to be able to sell our in such a tough economy!
We moved in with My mother in law Karleen and it has gone really well! We were able to get all moved in within a few days and are so grateful for our family and friends that could help us out. We are so grateful to Karleen for letting us crash at her house until ours is done!
Tylee turned the big two! She went to Lagoon with mom and dad on her birthday and loved it! Then we had a small party with my family where she got a bike which she loves! She also got a baby from grandma Karleen! She had a great birthday which included a Butterfly cake :)
We are building a house and are so excited about it! It is exactly what we want where we want and are so grateful that we were able to find it!
And last of all we are pregnant. . . Yes, I know when we decide to do things we go all out! Moving,living in someones elses house, building a new house, moving into the new house, then a baby! We are so excited to add another addition to our family and can't wait for him/her to be here!
We are so grateful for all of our blessing and wonderful families and friends!

Happy birthday baby girl! I can not believe that you will be two in just a few short days. You have made us so happy and continue to amaze us with all the many thing you can do and learn to do! You are a Happy, smart, and Beautiful girl!

You can walk up and down stairs without holding on to anything
you can talk in full sentences(and are quite funny)
you love, love, love to play with kids and go to nursery
you like to make everyone laugh(especially by making your belly talk,thanks to your dad)
you are amazingly smart

you like to try and use the big girl potty and are doing really well
you like to eat na-noos aka noodles
you like to help clean
you LOVE babies real and dolls
you can sing twinkle-twinkle with help
you ask to cuddle mommy and daddy all the time and we love it
You say "Tylee birfday pomin soon" which is hillarious
you can ride a big girl scooter all by yourself and ROCK at it
I could spend all day writing about all the cute things you can do, but I want you to know that you are so loved by your mom and dad and we can't imagine life without you, you are the best parts of us and we can't wait to continue to watch you grow. Happy birthday my baby girl! We are so proud of you and love you so much!

Rock band and more

So we bought Rock Band 2. . . AND WE LOVE IT!!! Tylee is our little singer (oh she is awesome) I play the guitar, and Ty rocks out on the drums! It is seriously a blast. Oddly enough I thought Ty would enjoy it more than I do, but I LOVE it!!!!
Ty built Tylee an Awesome fort. It's in the unfinished basement so he nailed blankets to the ceiling and even put a plug in so that Tylee could have Christmas lights in it and also a T.V. and VCR so she can watch The Little Mermaid. She loves it! We are having so much fun in the warm weather and Love it! I am seriously considering moving somewhere that is warm all year!!!

My NEW bathroom! After three years in our house we decided to finish our basemnet bathroom/ Laundry room, and I love it! It makes doing Laundry better not so dungeon like :) Ty, did a great job and so did I picking out everything, I even helped lay the flooring! I love the flooring so much I think I want to re-do the whole house in it! Yay for a second bathroom!!!! The pictures are not the greatest but you get the idea.

Following in dad's. . . pants and mom's. . . Shoes?

So, Tylee is getting so so big and so funny! For those of you that know Tyler and his personality, well Tylee is just like her daddy! Lately She's been into wearing other peoples shoes and clothes. . . and dressing herself. Oh you should see the outfits she puts together, SO FUNNY! She has become such a little girl! She HAS to have her hair done and a bow in it before we go anywhere or her hat on. She has to have pink everything! Oh how she loves pink! And Loves here babies and pushing them around in their strollers. Tylee loves to go on walks, but while we are on walks we have to pick 'pitty flobers" aka dandelions. Well the neighbor hood probably loves us because we have single handedly taken care of their dandelion problem, and Tylee's shoes are forever going to be yellow with dandelion dust. She Talks SO SO SO SO SO much ( I am guessing she gets that from me :) And says the funniest things! One of my favorites is when you say "Tylee Love you" She says "Lub you back" and she is always giving me and Tyler hug and kisses! When Ty leaves for work Tylee runs after him saying " hug, kiss,hug, kiss" and won't let him leave until he hugs and kisses her at least 10 times! We are so blessed to have such a sweet and loving little girl! I can't believe how many times a day she makes me laugh and smile! I am seriously so grateful that I get to stay home with my baby.
