So proud!
So I decided to try my luck and make a chicken! I was so proud of the outcome. It was super moist and super Yummy! My only "DUH" moment was I used fishing line to tie the legs together. . . and ovens get hot. . . resulting in melted fishing line, but it kept the legs where they needed to be. Here are the before and after pictures!

I love the before and after pics. I found it quite humorous. I haven't ever made a chicken like that before. Maybe I shall try soon. Good job, it looked delicious.
